Pros

BAE AI will look fantastic on your CV and be a good foot in the door for your next career move

Cons

To move your career on you will need to move jobs. This is a stepping stone. BAE AI do not pay well, do not invest in staff and have no real career progression plans for staff. Staff retention rates are incredibly low and they work on the basis that, if you leave, they'll replace you pretty quickly due to their name in the market. This fosters an atmosphere of low morale in most depts and an over balance of contractors to permanent staff

Benefits packages, provided online learning, plenty of overtime.

Cons

Too much overtime, current management team makes own policies on the fly or misinterprets without consulting HR
