Our pay is benchmarked annually to ensure we are paying competitively against our grading structure, similar to that of most companies our size. To address your concerns, we have expanded the available places to park at our Guildford site recently and its worth noting that we would have struggled to improve the location of our London Building, since it is ~10 minutes walk from three major London rail stations (London Blackfriars, Waterloo and London Bridge) and only a 5 minute walk from Southwark tube station.
