      In terms of the organisational planning and process this company operates at the highest level. As a result there is a very professional approach and working environment. Also very social and cooperative working environment

      Cons

      With a the bulk of the development being defense based it means the organisation is influenced heavily by government decisions and this can make for difficult decisions.
