      My 4 years tenure here in BAE Systems AI has been fairly good, the people and culture, especially the local team here. We would consider most here family at work, which sometimes makes the most challenging phase at work slightly easier to get by (ie restructuring of dept.) Secondly, the organization do invest on developing key talents such as specialized training and job promotion. From what I have seen, we have great talents here who makes this place one of the best Cyber Defence company.

      We have lost many good key people in the last 1 year, due to company restructure.
