Pros

They have some pretty cool contracts and some big budgets I learnt a lot while there

Cons

The contacts are managed by idiots who got into a management role. The learning was due to me being so bored of the work I was supposed to do, I spent the time learning anything I could on the internet They are a company built of stone and as such are too heavy to turn 180 degrees Their management policies are laughable I remember in training (a week of it) we were sitting in a presentation about "How to give a good presentation". We were on slide 124 and the presenter said, "well if you just have a read of that..."

Pros

Budgets for external qualification through training seem to be on the increase. They are addressing concerns around performance assessment. Great work life balance seems to depend on the project, flexible working arrangements can be agreed on a project by project basis. Really clever people with lots of interesting. Some leading technology being used and built. Good place to grow your career in different areas, very much on you to drive it forward. London office is vibrant, diverse and there's a really good vibe Some big bid wins guarentee lots of work over the next few years.

Cons

Unless you do work for your practice, run some sort of training course (regardless of its actual value), ingratiate yourself into higher tiers of management and generally make a lot of noise about what you've done, you will get overlooked. High attrition, feels higher than industry standard, lots of key technical staff leaving. Leadership seems at a complete disconnect from those on the ground. Pay not as competitive as other top tier consultancies. Little consistancy across projects, even those working for the same client group.
