Great but slow...

Projects with long timeframes, proper resourcing, great work-life balance, interesting projects, great team

Cons

IT and other equipment purchase orders took forever. It was hard to move up as the review process was also very slow. The company was big - which meant it was strong and reliable, but very slow to react so could not compete in traditional markets.

Cons

Size and complexity of business mean it can take time to get to grips with getting things done. Various cultures across different business units with some cultures that I would find difficult to work in.
