      Some fantastic, worldly and interesting people. Fascinating sector. Decent job security. The company matters.

      Cons

      Slow career development, below market salary, fairly slow paced (can be a positive depending on outlook. Somewhat limited opportunity for younger or more junior employees to communicate their opinion on direction or strategy.

      - As in line with most of the rest of the reviews, a very bright and committed workforce and a good work/life when compared with comparable companies. - Wide variety of projects, most of which are doing high quality and interesting work.

      Cons

      - Extremely poor performance management system that rewards those who 'game' the system. - Poor training system, built around 'volunteers' running internal courses rather than structured approach towards developing employees - Commitment to variety and being supportive of employees moving onto different projects is a bit of a myth - both managers and resources are extremely reluctant to move resources - employees understand that the business need comes first, but why make the claim of allowing people to move about if it isn't true?
