Cons
Some very snobbish and pretentious attitudes particularly in the London consulting workforce. Support staff treated as minions not peers or colleagues - very hierarchical replica Experienced hires' experience outside Detica not valued Cliquey, if your face doesn't fit you won't get on in this company. You need to be white, upper-middle class, and public school/Russell group university educated in order to get any sort of respect from management in the consulting workforce. Happily though this attitude doesn't seem as prevalent in the head office or other locations. Long hours culture and large workloads, get it done no matter what is the gist.
