      Rapid promotion if your face fits, so plenty of smug young wizz-kid managers Pay is good

      Pretentious Cliquey Bureaucratic Poor facilities if located away from Guildford headquarters

      Pros

      Mostly fantastic people and great team atmosphere. As an unusual business your day job is always very exciting!

      Cons

      There are always some people who let the side down. The business is so big that it can often go unknown when a manager bullies a team member. In my personal experience I had to relocate to a different area to get away from it, because I felt like I would ruin my career by speaking out about a manager.
