      > Real recognition for your achievements > Mostly friendly, smart people as colleagues, who are constructive and supportive > Real work with real clients, you are given a lot of responsibility early on and if you can handle the work you can progress quickly > You really have the ability to control your career - as long as you are proactive and really willing to work toward a change where you are unhappy > The culture is really not political - I found Secondary School to be more political! (there are always challenges, of course - but that's life)

      > Work / life balance is hit and miss - depending on the area / sector you work in > There has been a lot of stripping benefits away lately (without adequate compensation for it) > The company has in the past hired specific types of people (top 10 universities, technical degrees, PhDs) but many of these do not get to work to their full potential as there are lots of roles not requiring those skills / personalities. I believe this is changing. > High staff turnover > Communication isn't always great, the Board tend to make decisions in a silo without

      - Thrown straight in, you learn quickly - Good salary / progression for Grads - Some great members of staff

      Cons

      - Perks have slowly been removed - Too many promotions based on box ticking and chumying up to the right people = weak leaders.
