      A real mixed bag of a company which does some excellent things but which has a somewhat inaccurate self image.

      Pros

      Motivated people; reasonable work life balance; large variety of available work; good range of sectors and clients; opportunities to use bleeding edge technology.

      Cons

      Poor structure; lack of process; lack of productionisation; resistant to change (too much focus on how things have always been done within the company, not enough of an emphasis on best practice/efficiency).

      Pros

      Clever people Interesting work Lots of freedom to decide how best to do your work Mix of people with different backgrounds, not just computer science or business consultancy graduates.

      Cons

      Not as well paid as other consultancy firms. Mixed identity, technical people are capped at PC. Essentially if you want to progress then management is the way to go. Not very transparent review rounds, who you know and playing the game.

      Pros

      The work-life balance is excellent but you still get to work with some highly motivated and very switched-on people.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing, they're still working out how to do a lot of things, sometimes not that successfully.
