      Pros

      Excellent benefits of working with the company including bonus, employee offers, share schemes etc. Job security if you work hard. Company made up of a group of people who are willing to work towards a set strategy.

      Cons

      Promises of real responsibility, but actually get low accountability jobs. Many older employees institutionalised and reluctant to change. Lots of dead wood floating about the company.

      The quality of people you can work with; can be stressful but project teams works for each other and can be good fun

      Cons

      Tension between different parts of the business, quite a lot of churn and change in company structure, a lot more process & paperwork
