      Low staff moral - long term decline in the scale of contracts so constantly have to shed staff. Big disconnect between management and workers

      Pros

      Fantastic opportunity met with a real enthusiasm to attract me into the organisation. Consistent attitude and effort across the board - starting with the EXCELLENT recruitment team through to hiring manager - very well joined up. Flexible, patient and adaptable - all the things I like to work under. My first week has shown me an organisation that is very client AND employee centric - really looking forward to contributing in every way that I can. Very pleased I made the decision to join.
