      Pros

      The company has a global reach into tons of big clients. The opportunities to learn about the industry are big! In my office, hours are flexible, and folks are bright and pay is competitive. The software does a lot, and has potential.

      Cons

      Personal Development isn't supported Hardware is over 5 years old Hard to move up. Software Development seems somewhat shortsighted, often incurring more software debt, rather than investing to fix recognized flaws that would make the code base more extensible. probably this organization should invest in more talent to handle the work-load, but that doesn't happen.

      The projects can be interesting and varied, the pay is good for the sector and for the location. Good if you want an easy life.

      Cons

      Very limited recognition for good work. No feedback from line manager. Highly unionised, bonuses are determined by unions and not by personal performance.
