      Interesting and diverse projects, a higher proportion of highly capable/intelligent staff than many other companies, lots of opportunity to work on different technologies and to interact with customers

      Cons

      Pace and level of work can be intimidating, not an ideal environment if you are lacking confidence in your ability, or aren't able to back up your confidence with results. If you are good enough and are comfortable working with others at the same level and some who are better than you - it is a very rewarding place to work.
