      Pros

      Very skilled co-workers and very social, friendly place. Most of the work is interesting and varied.

      Cons

      Morale amongst staff has taken a battering with the various policy changes over the years and there is a distinct feeling that the upper management has lost touch with the staff. Staff feel that certain one-size-fits all policies (in particular time-keeping monitoring) have been enforced on them which implies a certain lack of trust by the management

      - Thrown straight in, you learn quickly - Good salary / progression for Grads - Some great members of staff

      Cons

      - Perks have slowly been removed - Too many promotions based on box ticking and chumying up to the right people = weak leaders.
