      Very good engineering firm Some very good people to work with/for Interesting projects to get involved in Very good graduate scheme

      Cons

      Rewards seems more tied to length of service than actual performance, leading to many older engineers just coasting by as they collect their remuneration and more junior engineers getting nothing for working hard. Job grade is not tied to salary, meaning a junior person doing the same job as a senior person will be paid much less. Internal bun-fighting over things like training and HR as well as a fair amount of confusion over management structure
