Pros
Terrific people and a much greater sense of motivation to serve clients well and grow the business than other places I have worked. Some very interesting technical challenges and customers, with increasingly international opportunities. For self-motivated individuals willing to be flexible the company doesn't stand still long so new prospects, project and opportunities are always coming along.
Cons
Rate of change is high as company has grown and struggled to integrate acquisitions, including its own acquisition by BAE Systems a few years back. This has not always been well managed or explained. Somewhat awkward size - trying to be a big international company but not yet quite as large the big boys and no longer a small niche player either.
