People and culture. Detica has a good mixture of people with different backgrounds and the company culture promotes knowledge sharing.

Cons

In order to maintain the high utilisation rates, employees are sometimes forced into roles that do not fit in with their career aspirations or lifestyle choices. In the past, this has led to high staff turnovers.

Company is poised to significantly grow in the United States given commitment by senior leadership in the UK. However, the company may shift to be more technology driven vs. policy driven.

Cons

Lots of turmoil over the last few years after than transition from DFI. Things have improved and seem to be on the right path but only time will tell.
