      Good place to start your career

      Pros

      Great starting place for a new college grad. You learn a lot and get a lot of experience. Colleagues are a pleasure to work with and make the long hours bearable.

      Cons

      Very long hours at times, often with very little appreciation. Higher level management seems out of touch and don't notice attrition issues.
