      Pros

      Yearly bonus flexi time pay rises friendly offices all expenses paid travel to some pretty cool places - Israel, Australia, Texas, UAE to name a few you get to see the work you do actually working in an military environment They have a massive driver on improving yourself and there is a lot of courses you can go on to further your career that will apply to outside companies There are opportunities to go to professional conferences

      Cons

      Some areas can be very anal and not let you get on with the job. There is a lot of common phrases that you'll find are repeated - go around the buoy, lets not get into the weeds, in big handfuls, standfast - once you understand what it all means it makes sense, but there tends to be a BAE language that people speak They only endorse company paid MSc to Engineering they don't believe it is needed as a PM The businesses are segregated and much of the people who work here don't know how far it reaches or the volume of differing activities that happen here
