      Welcome bonus for grads. Share save scheme. 7% employee pension. Health insurance. Discounts. Great progression/development systems.

      Cons

      Many of the tools/software you will use day to day are all at least 15 years out of date. There are departments using totally different systems for storing and managing documents. Not much opportunity to develope design experience within naval ships as a mechanical engineer.
