Flexible workstyle. Feel like I'm learning. Great boss. Friendly team.

Cons

Doesn't pay as well as most. Don't agree with company's morals. Terrible at hiring diversely. Have to spend half the month on client site. Hard to move jobs internally.

Cons

Mostly work for the Client so sometimes feel as though I work directly for the client (no complaints though as they're great) Travel reimbursement depends on contract base location rather than your home address so please make sure you check this
