      Pros

      Day to day, your team really connects with you and on a middle management level, engage very well. They'll continue to push you to become better for yourself and will happily put you through any relative training.

      Cons

      Disconnected from higher management. Salary is NOT competitive for the industry unless you leave and come back. Lack of opportunity for leadership growth as a developer.

      Good Share Incentive scheme Really good pay Interesting work Company and work experience is great to have on your CV

      Cons

      Was promised that I wouldn't have to wait too long to apply for a promotion prior to starting - in the end it took 3 years to promote myself from the top of one pay band to the start of the next.
