      - Good culture, eg Christmas parties, BBQs, different clubs to join - Good entry level foothold into the industry - Supportive to someone with dyslexia

      Cons

      - Rubbish onboarding - Some projects have some very toxic leadership - Salary quite low compared to the rest of industry - 40hr work week - Trying to switch projects is a pain, faster to find a new job at a different place
