Worked closely with some amazing people who want to make a massive difference Job security that comes with a huge organisation Good bonus and tax free package when you're into the mid/senior grades
Cons
Lots of places for incompetence to hide, the pace which decisions can get made is mind-numbingly slow Huge amount of process means it's challenging to make any positive changes or do things better Big culture of people being "too busy" to help (particularly in support functions of the business) Lack of progression, felt promotion was based heavily on office politics rather than performance
