Great work life balance, but feels lacking in ambition

Very good worklife balance Overtime pay for anything above contracted hours Very nice office atmosphere

Cons

Work is quite slow paced, can get frustrating if you want to get things done. No pay incentive to work harder/better than others. So high performers end up coasting as they will earn the same as the slackers anyway.
