Pros

- Training provided to recent graduates that come through the training academy - Pay progression - Great "name" on your CV - CEO Julian Cracknell - James Willingham will make an extra effort to ensure your on boarding process is smooth.

Cons

- LACK of training provided to recent graduates that do not enter from an engineering background and are not trained in the academy. - Unprofessional environment. If you fit in, you do. If you don't fit into their idea of "character", they will make no effort to pretend to be professional. - Claims to be a flat hierarchy but you're not included in any decisions about your future in the company. Decisions will be made, and you will be told after, with no care of how you feel about the decision. - They have shot down interviews with other sectors in the company behind your back (stopping career progression), but claim to be positive about people moving about roles. This has happened to MULTIPLE people. - Management does NOT have people skills. Really is time to evaluate the people that you have on the front lines. - Sell you false tails about progression. - Not a very diverse company if you're looking for people to be open to new ideas, cultures and people.
