      Very mis-informed, under-performing management. Poor checks and balances of employees. Too much process heavy policies that are poorly managed

      Flexible work hours Casual dress code Usually paid for OT Good co-worker camaraderie Decent salary Feeling of team effort Special rewards given for project completions/making deadlines. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime needed to make deadlines for aggressive schedules. Hard to balance work life with social/family life. Dealing with office politics in some areas.

      Pros

      There is considerable workplace flexibility to make the work-life balance work. The 9/80 work week gives every other Friday off, which is hard to beat.

      Cons

      During much change in the industry, BAE seems to be in a state of "free fall", and management does not seem to be in control. Used to be a "great" place to work; no so right now. Hope things can turn around.
