      Pros

      BAE systems had wonderful benefits and great work life balance. Also, you are saving the lives of our soldiers. They really have a team focused atmosphere and provide you the support you need in making decisions.

      Cons

      There really is not a whole lot to complain about. I was looking for a more challenging position, but overall i mostly enjoyed everything while I was working there.

      Pros

      Great opportunities within company to advance professional career. Good balance of personal life and profession career. Good communication between engineer and management of assigned project. Great company to work for.

      Cons

      I don't see any downside about the company..I wish we will win more contracts in future
