      Excellent communication of strategy and company news through portal. Aggressive growth during overall downward trend in defense contracting. Tends to support long term growth and care of employees.

      Cons

      Update some of the support functions and operations to match the overt updating of business and technology operations. Sometimes protocol that is based on historical processes hinder responses to customers or reacting to opportunities.

      Too stable, very little opportunity for change. Hard to see proper movement in the workforce. The atmosphere brings you down, not working as hard as you want to
