      Pros

      The 8/9/80 work schedule is nice and lets you get every other friday off by working 9 hours a day Flex time pension paid overtime

      Cons

      Training budget has been cut and it used to be pretty liberal. Now you must be in a degree program to get 100% tuition reimbursement, including books.

      It was okay. Atleast I had a short commute to the location and my boss was understanding if I was late some days.

      Infinite opportunity for growth and learning. Management is supportive of ideas, innovation, and initiative. Immense pride in ownership around products developed and manufactured for the armed forces and defense industry.

      Cons

      Typical to all major corporations, culture is resistant to change and change can be incredibly slow. Communications from management aren't always accurate, complete, or timely.
