      This applies to the USMS contract only: Telework, generally flexible hours, generally good teammates

      Cons

      This applies to the USMS contract only: Chaotic, reactive environment, difficult customer, micro-management from contract and customer side; Terrible PTO policies; Meetings are King; Senior Management is unwilling/unable to contain this customer's bizarre behavior(s), making the daily work environment a challenge every day.

      Horrible work life balance, toxic supervisors

      Good pay, decent benefits, rewarding work

      Cons

      Company refuses to spend money needed to maintain machines, keep tools in working order. Supervisors give 2 days notice for mandatory overtime on weekends. Company will not excuse absences from regular work schedule or overtime with a doctors note, you must use vacation time to cover it, and supervisors may or may not approve of your vacation request. Supervisors have lied multiple times to get what they want, have even lied in interviews about overtime and pay scale. There is recorded instances of favoritism and vindictiveness from supervisors.

      Company treats you very well, great benefits, opportunities to advance as long as you're willing to learn new skills for open positions.

      Cons

      Management is lost and often made up of fresh out of college no experience or people management skills. Management shows little knowledge of day to day operations on the floor or how to lead a team.
