Good place to start out as a college hire. Good learning experience. You will make a lot of friends with fellow new hires.

Cons

Tech stack is very behind(10 years). Large amounts of time being bored or doing mundane tasks. Stagnant/Low pay. Lots of favoritism, which means your "higherups" aren't selected based on talent. Prefer seniority over skills. Lots of young people leave after a couple of years. Very bad management, Losing contracts left and right, taking on contracts that no one wants.

Pros

BAE has a great 401(K) matching program, cheap affordable health care (great if you are young and don't really use it like me), great dental, great working schedule (we work a 9/80 which gives us every other Friday off)

Cons

Company constantly tries to slight employees and take away benefits if possible, they are not flexible at all when hired in no matter the years of experience when it comes to vacation time (2 weeks no matter what and you don't get your 3rd week until after 5 years) and just very stingy in general when it comes to vacation. It is extremely hard to accrue time
