Some nice people work here. You NEVER see management. Very decentralized..

Cons

This is not an IT company. It is an engineering company with an IT branch that is treated like a poor stepchild. Benefits suck and keep getting worse. Attitude towards employees is you should be glad to have a job.

None left after BAE takeover ov Ball. Tactical solutions in Westminster and Broomfield overloaded and continue to lay people off.

Cons

BAE management did not know what they bought. Dan Fisher trying to save Ball corp, let go this week. BAE is trying to structure Areospace one off conctracts into manufacturing not recognizing that there are development costs. Management doesn't care about employees anymore

Laid back work environment, no one seems to care.

Cons

Dysfunctional company ran by egotistic managers who know very little about the product they sell. The entire company rellies on a hand full of folks who know what they are doing. The rest are poorly crosstrained employees who avoid taking on bigger tasks. Company fails to cross train younger engineers which critically impacts the company itself and the engineer employed. If you are young and want to learn this is not the place for you.
