      Pros

      Coworkers are great, Agile is managed well while not being overly strict, pay is competitive and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Your job is dependent on contracts coming in, upper levels of Agile management can give Scrummasters grief over metrics.

      BAE Systems SMS is a great divison to work for

      Pros

      Great work life balance. 90% of the employees are competent and capable. All leads and top level managers got there through merit and being good. SMS branch (space) specifically, most of the employees are there for the science.

      Cons

      Like all defense companies, at the whims of the current administration. BAE acquisitions of SMS (previously Ball) will result in a culture change. We will need to see how it turns out. Currently the current leadership is trying their best to remain who they are.
