Horrendously ineffective service organizations with blanket rules and policies that are extremely innappropriate for certain parts of the organation. Many many incompetant and lazy people who dont care and just bill hours. Overall structure is about accounting for every hour of your time and the organization is loaded with vampires who dont actually contribute-- they just weasel out one way or another when its time to show results.

Lot’s of Cons: Dead end job….the work was just so boring and the person I worked with in the scif was a crazy lunatic, He was just a stalker first off, he would act really strange and demanding me to do this and that, he was just lazy and wouldn’t work himself but always go out for smoke breaks. He was just a loser in general. He was jealous when they hired me to join the team, ever since then he kept bugging me all the time, I couldn’t stand him. I honestly worked there just to get paid but I didn’t really enjoy working there. The job was just so boring and not challenging enough for me so therefore I got bored and decided to find another job. Even if that crazy guy didn’t work there, I probably would have still left eventually because I was not enjoying the kind of work there anyway. The designing was just horrible. Don’t waste your time guys BAE systems is not a place to grow unless you want a dead end job than by all means….but not my style. Hope this helps!
