Fast paced, high level piers, interesting work environment, intelligent atmosphere.

Cons

Overloaded with multiple tasks on a daily basis for multiple people, short turnaround times, high expectations, not enough compensation. Hard to be promoted.

Good work life balance. Cutting edge tech. There are a lot of good people to work with but then there are the bad (management).

Cons

Rules are always changing, poor communication, more willing to go outside than to promote from within, no true growth / promotion opportunities unless you are willing to wait several years. When i started here 7 years ago, there were several promotions each year now you don't hear of any.
