      Professional work environment; gorgeous building with lots of natural light, fitness center, and walking trails; kind and gracious colleagues, BUT

      Cons

      ... they expect exempt employees to work uncompensated overtime: up to 20 hours per two-week pay period. This is official HR policy.

      Great company overall and great benefits (though likemost companies the retirement plan was emasculated a few years ago), but....

      Cons

      Definitely an engineer led company with sometimes questionable business decision making. Poor communication from leadership to the worker bees means uncertainty.

      Cons

      System integration, no design work Good for seasoned specialists, college grads shall work elsewhere before joining BAE to gain needed design experience The same division spread from East to West coasts. Some time difference challenge.
