      This is where I grew up in my career. It is generally a friendly environment with a diverse range of employees.

      Cons

      Top level only hire friends who are over paid and under worked. This is a "good ol' boys club" with aging dudes who appear to be retired in place.

      * Great place to start career because of the experience you get * Salaries are right around average for entry level engineers * Hybrid job, work life balance depends on what team you are in

      Cons

      * Hard to get higher pay since it is a very corporate work culture * Because it is corporate, best way to get higher pay is to apply for another position within company or go somewhere else * No consistent schedule, will have weeks where it is busy and weeks where there is not much going on * Day to day test event have wildly different test hours
