      If you plan to be there for 5 years, it's worth accruing vacation

      Cons

      - You get 2 weeks vacation right away but, use it for emergency reasons because accruing vacation is calculated 2.3 hrs per pay period. - HR wasn't responsive for any maternity leave questions. They claim that BAE gives 2 weeks vacation but, it's a standard leave from the state.
