Pros

Pay is alright and management is working to improve. Good benefits if they sign you ok from a temp worker.

Cons

Rotating 12 hour shifts and no windows in the labs. A lot of favoritism took place. Many people complain all the time.

Pros

Largest chemical company in the world Very diverse portfolio Many job opportunities (if you are lucky) Opportunities abroad. Can be innovative at times

Cons

Site to site can have completely different cultures. Management is inconsistent and your career will depend on whether you end up with one of the good managers. Managers will try to hold onto top employees at all costs and will do little to develop you.
