Pros

Great team of people that are collaborative and easy to work with. Competitive salary and benefits. Ability to work from home one day per week helps manage commute time.

Cons

While the company emphasizes talent development, management is hesitant to promote employees into roles and develop them. Company is trying to focus more on marketing but is still very internally focused.

Pros

Great people to work with and rub shoulders; annual goal opportunities for anyone with an ounce of initiative; global career opportunities for those who want them.

Cons

Rating system drives negative internal politics; typical large company syndrome - easy to get lost or unappreciated if you don't speak up for yourself.
