Pros

- Good Benefits - Good Culture - Interesting Chemistry/Products/Operations

Cons

- Sub-par compensation - Not growing, have been selling plants off for years - Lack of deep technical expertise (linked to low compensation) can make working in a plant frustrating

Pros

This is a good place to work with people who care about their jobs and co-workers. Colleagues are willing to help one another to complete projects. CEO genuinely cares about the well being of employees.

Cons

There is definitely a list of employees who are “chosen” for promotions and get “fast tracked” up the corporate ladder. If you are not on the “list” you will not get promoted. There is alot of secrecy around this. A lack of diverse leaders (especially Black) in people manager roles and leadership team.
