Pros

You can eventually move up but that could take years and in the mean time you have to deal with a very low pay rate.

Cons

I don't like the fact that you hire in at twelve dollars an hour. I can't support my family with that rate of pay.

Diversity

Business Outlook

Pros

Big company Now are hiring diverse candidates

Cons

Because they did not hire diversity in the past they are now forced to hire diversity, where the candidate might not be the best but mangers have too hire. Firing or creating soft landings for white males like crazy to boost diversity numbers
