      Pros

      Profitable, well run company, BASF values people above all else. Highest focus on process safety and occupational safety. Low turnover.

      Cons

      Specialized roles, extremely large company, matrix organization, once you figure out the structure you will find a lot of technical support and expertise.

      The pay is very good along with the 401k and insurance.There is a lot of good training and hands on experience.

      Cons

      Their is too many people to answer to for each job you do.They all want to tell you how and when to do the job but if it dont go as planned you are left with the blame.

      Be prepared to learn, know, understand and follow all rules and regulations. There are zero tolerance policies which have to be followed.
