Pros

Decent company. Great benefit. Ok pay. Flexible working arrangements. Global career opportunities if you like that.

Cons

German centric. Senior positions are full of expats from Germany, many of whom incapable of their job, but do better jobs communicating with HQ (in German).

Pros

Low to average compensation for roles/experience. Decent 401(k). Potential for real impact in markets. Decent flexibility in work schedules. Large company-esque programs that support diverse hiring/advancement etc...(however, opportunities remain for this to be realized in upper management).

Cons

Held back by overly complicated processes, limited ability to develop or advance (in San Diego). minimal investment in training or development of skills (personal, management, new areas, etc...). Travel to other sites, very limited, to non-existant.
