Pros

opportunity to learn something new

Cons

Bad work life balance, I had to work from home to complete my never-ending tasks with slow systems Meetings sometimes happen in unrealistic time can be very early morning like 5 am and sometimes it was non-related topics and sometimes meetings go over its scheduled time more than 45 minutes Some supervisors did not help their employees to settle in, do not have common sense.
