Pros

Positive culture that promotes learning and development. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Parent company in Germany adds layers of bureaucracy that make the organization less nimble and able to adapt. Workload at times can be unmanageable.

Pros

Competitive pay and good benefits. Large company with opportunity to advance throughout company.

Cons

There is a push to hire outside and bring new person in rather than hire from experience at times. Not always bad but should consider internal candidate with experience.

Pros

Great international colleagues, great flexibility on working hours, great company parties

Cons

the company is trying to cut the budget for everything, so it is very likely that you end up doing the workload of 2 to 3 persons, with no salary raise, long long loooonnnng working hours, no development plan...
