- Outstanding RSP & other benefits - Competitive salaries for similar positions in the agricultural industry - Company pickup, mobile device, and laptop - Superior products across corn and soybean portfolio

Cons

- Somewhat tight on product inventories - Slight disconnect between home office & the field (typically have that with any company)

Pros

None I got a job offer and then BASF hiring manager took the offer back

Cons

Never got a chance to work at BASF. HR called me and I got a job I applied and interviewed for. Told my family we celebrated and 2 day after I got the call they told me I did not get the job after all that the position may not be filled.
